Let's CU Serve! Sealing Fire Hydrants

Our Athens fire hydrants are works of art! Help us keep them looking good by painting a sealant on them to protect and preserve the artistic designs.

Rain date for this event is the following Saturday, September 28, from 8:30-11:30 AM.

This project will require more physical activity than some other projects. Students with any limitations should self-identify and choose other service options requiring less physical exertion.

Students should wear old clothing that is suitable for getting dirty and/or paint splattered.

Check-In for Student Service Days will be from 8:30-9:00 AM in the Student Center - Ground Floor. Groups will be leaving for their projects promptly at 9:00 AM, so do not be late!!
