Cheer

The Concord University cheer program is one of the only Division II all-female squad in the state to compete at UCA Nationals. Our program strives to build character along with talent. In addition to national competition in Florida, the team cheers at all home football and basketball games.

Concord cheerleaders are held to a high standard of character, academics, and talent. The most important requirement for the team is a good attitude, followed by commitment. Preference will be given to athletes with competition and stunting experience along with standing back handspring and running back handspring.

Tryouts as well as prospect camps are held in the fall and spring semesters. Prospect camps are for 8th - 12th graders. Virtual submissions are accepted year round and evaluated in the spring and fall. Scholarship opportunities are competitive.
